1Where can I see your menu?
Our menu is currently available on our website and on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/franklinmanortampa
2Are you an event venue? Do you have a banquet room?
We can offer event space upon request, and do have an inside room that may serve as a banquet room for a cocktail party-style function for any special occasion. Our spacious patio can also host gatherings such as birthday celebrations, going away parties, and more. Please e-mail our event specialist Okie Tilo at okie@franklinmanortampa.com for more details.
3Can I rent out the entire venue?
We are regularly closed on Mondays, and our venue is available to be rented on this day. For special occasions on other days, we do have availability for a premium price. Please e-mail okie@franklinmanortampa.com for details.
4What time is happy hour? What are your happy hour specials?
We feature a daily happy hour from 4pm to 8pm, which includes $5 premium, single mixed drinks, draft beer and house wine.
5Is there an age limit to be at Franklin Manor?
Guests ages 21+ are welcome. Please email Okie@franklinmanortampa to inquire about entry if you have a guest(s) or special circumstance for a younger person.
6Is there a roped off VIP area or tables?
No, but we can accommodate special requests for special occasions. Please e-mail okie@franklinmanortampa.com.
7Do you take dinner reservations?
No. We are a first-come, first-serve establishment and offer plenty of space and seating. However, large parties can e-mail okie@franklinmanortampa.com to make arrangements for their gathering.
8How do I promote a night at Franklin Manor?
The Franklin Manor team handles all in-house promotions and events. However, we do entertain one-off special events. Please e-mail okie@franklinmanortampa.com with your special event details and venue references.
9Do you offer bottle service? Where can I see that menu?
We do offer bottle service at select special events. Regularly, we offer table service with a minimum spend on food and drinks. We encourage all guests to try one of our unique signature punch bowls for large parties. We also offer wrist-banded and ticketed open bar packages.
10Is there a dress code?
During the daytime, most of our guests are dressed relaxed casual. During weekend evening times, cocktail party attire or smart casual. We do ask that our guests not wear any jerseys, basketball shoes or excessive/oversized jewelry during the weekend evenings
11Lost & Found: who do I contact?
Please send an e-mail to Chris at chris@franklinmanortampa.com with a description of your lost item and your contact phone number. Chris will contact you back within 48 hours. Please note that credit cards will be shredded after 48 hours for security purposes.
12I see that you are pet-friendly, is there a certain time that I cannot bring my pet? Are there any restrictions on what type of pet I can bring?
Friendly dogs are welcome to Franklin Manor anytime excluding Fridays and Saturdays from 8pm to 3am. We do require that all dogs be on a leash. Check out our doggie snacks on the Carriage House menu, or ask any service staff for a water bowl for your pooch.
13Is there a cover?
No. We are a neighborhood bar that welcomes everyone to experience our craft cocktails, featured live music and Carriage House eats. There will be an occasional special event featuring a headlining performer that will require an admission charge, but we will provide plenty of advance notice when that happens.
14Where is parking?
Valet parking is available on specific days for only $6. Self parking is available at any of the surrounding street parking spots, and nearby parking lots and garages.
